• Define secure solution strategy and direction building on commonalities and benefits across lines of business and technologies.
• Envision a transformation roadmap that aligns with the strategic and tactical direction of the business/growth.
• Work with Business Stakeholders and Project Managers to understand inefficiencies/security issues in existing business processes and applications.
• Addressing security issues for cloud-based applications, containers, infrastructure, and networks
• Applying consulting methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and industry knowledge to address the security needs.
• Translating client business requirements to help define the structure of solutions and architectures, including systems, applications, and process components.
• Designing and implementing innovative security solutions, ensuring that inter-dependencies with other functions are addressed.Researching current legal matters, concerning Company and e-commerce, including field research to related institutions/offices.
• Provide support for Legal Team in analyzing and preparing recommendations needed for legal problems that occur so that they can be resolved properly.
• Assist Legal Team in the process of preparing, reviewing, negotiating, maintaining and controlling for each commercial contract between Bukalapak and other parties.
• Updating current regulations concerning Company and e-commerce.
• Supporting Legal Admin to archive and translate company’s legal and compliance documents as well as create document summary of SOP (if necessary).
• Assist Legal Team in managing all operational tasks related to Zendesk software.

Requirements

• In-house legal counsel experience, combined with law firm experience is preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience
• Experience managing a large in house legal team
• Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
