Content Writer (Bizzy Digital)

• Work closely with community, communication team and content team to handle content and operation of the channel that serves for user acquisition (blog) and user retention (Komunitas Pintar)
• Able to write in multiple channels (blogs, audiovisual scripts, caption, push-notifications) that will be utilized for the campaign
• Brainstorm ideas for new content campaigns
• Able to criticize, learn, and iterate the content produced previously through a benchmark or another objective metric
• Ensure content adheres to voice, tone, brand, and the persona of our user
• Research as needed for writing content pieces relevant to our users

Requirements

• Possess a minimum one year of writing experience ranging from diverse medium, including but not limited to videos, posters, blog, and push-notifications
• Target-driven and able to produce output in such a tight timeline
• Spirited and take full ownership of the project you handle end-to-end
• Agile writer and creative thinker who's result-oriented on day-to-day tasks
• Possess sensitivity and empathetic to our users and calon users (juragan warung)
• Experience in writing educational content is a plus
• Able to work cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced dynamic team
