Job Description
Qoala is looking for a rockstar Content Writer Specialist to join our Marketing team to build a content strategy and manage day-to-day execution of the marketing initiatives of Qoala’s B2C product, Qoala.app, and also support our B2B2C department, Qoala for Enterprise.
For this role, you will help us to come up with content ideation and manage a content calendar. You will also need to collaborate and build an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the great execution of your content plan.

- Creating content strategy for Qoala.app and Qoala for Enterprise (LinkedIn)
- Build a content plan and manage the content calendar to ensure timely deliveries of the content
- Developing content brief and work closely with the design team
- Communicate closely with internal/external stakeholders to gain full understanding of project requirements
- Routinely monitor content performance, perform analysis based on the past performance, and develop an improvement plan for all managed contents
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation and content strategy, preferably in e-commerce/start-up industry
- Excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of content performance management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus
