Ice House is looking for a Talent Acquisition amp; Employer Branding Specialist to grow the Ice House organization to the next level. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees. The successful hire will create and drive new initiatives to attract and hire the best talent by partnering with universities, industry events, online networks and local communities. . Must have a strong track record in senior tech recruitment and is an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize data from Application Tracking Systems to continually improve the hiring process
- Develop amp; execute recruitment strategies based on the hiring needs of the business
- Handle end to end recruitment processes such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview and conduct any related tests.
- Monthly Reporting on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact and build good rapport with candidates during the selection process
- Establish and grow partnerships with professional groups, recruitment agencies, communities, universities and other tech amp; education organizations
- Responsible for building employer branding to drive candidate attraction and engagement, whether through social media, online marketing, or other digital channels
- Support the promotion of Ice House as an Employer of Choice through social media campaigns, participating in tech and university events.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, HR, Psychology with minimum 5 years of working experience in tech recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills (written amp; verbal) and outstanding organization ability
- Proven track record in a recruitment role (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Knowledge and experience in using Workable, HRIS and G-Suite products
- Fluent in English amp; Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- Detail oriented, shows initiative and is passionate about learning
