Functional

• Own fully the Pamp;L of Commerce Business, with highlighted key focuses on revenue growth, margin, and cost efficiency
• Oversee the whole commerce department that consist of 2 big functions: commercial (merchant acquisition, account management, merchandising amp; campaign) and merchant operation (order fulfillment, merchant onboarding, merchant settlement)
• Engage closely with key partners within health-wellness e-commerce space
• Manage the department budget effectively and efficiently, which often requires experimentation within the demand generation area (e.g., Voucher trials, etc.)
• Work with the other relevant departments in order to serve the customers well, which might include new business models / service models initiations whenever necessary

Customer

• Serve all 3 types of commerce customers:
• Direct purchasers (providing a seamless purchasing journey by comprehensive offerings as well as high quality fulfilment)
• Doctors team (providing the requested/recommended medicines via the pharma partners)
• Merchant partners (providing solutions for them to be able to operate well in our platform and grow healthily)

Financial

• Grow Revenues, GMV, Orders
• Efficient usage of promotion budgets

• Experience with top tier consulting firms

• Experience doing innovation and related areas in Healthcare/ Life Science MNCs
• Experience in e-Commerce platforms
