Project Officer (Freelance)

• Oversee efficiency of operational process and ensure the operational metrics are met
• Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, reporting, payment, and document control
• Analyze and identify all performance-related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss
• Identify risks that could affect the progression of the project
• Monitoring of project due to the budget, timeline, and scope of each project
• Monitor all administrative functions
• Prepare regular reports on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements
• Manage manpower ratio across functions in Trade Marketing operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, industrial engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of management experience (Exp. on Project Handling field will be an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of operational framework management process
• Good data analysis, critical thinking, evaluation, reporting skills
• Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
• Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment
• Fit to a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and meet short-long term deadlines
• Having good communication skills
• Having good analytical thinking
