• Develop PR Strategy amp; Campaigns
• Good at preparing press releases, finding PR angles, media kits, speeches for company leaders, publicity materials that relevant with the updated company agenda
• Manage media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders. (the way we work combining between media relations with third party, or maintaining our own media list)
• Oversee PR activities and calendar, including but not limited to press conferences, press events, and public events.
• Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation by developing and maintaining an effective crisis management plan.
• Monitor amp; Reporting the results of all PR Results, track media coverage, and stay on top with industry trends.
• Collaboration with the HR Team to create content and implement campaigns for potential and existing employees to increase brand awareness In severals emplyer branding channels such as Linkedin and Medium.
• Good understanding on the company vision, products and agenda.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience within the area of Public Relation, Marketing, Journalism or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in English Language.
• Background in researching, writing and editing publications.
• Target-driven and able to produce output in such a tight timeline.
• Spirited and take full ownership of the project you handle end-to-end.
• Able to work cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced dynamic team.
• Strong stakeholder/relationship management skills with strong consultative approach and ability to influence, inform and negotiate.
