Job Description

We are looking for a leader in People team to oversee the processes, procedure as well as provide support to our employees. This role will be responsible for company policies practices, SLA and resources planning as well as the optimization of the HRIS within the company. In addition to that, this role will be leading the Training and Development initiatives for the Organization. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a positive and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established objectives.


Responsibilities
  • Design and implement company policies including the Service Level in order to set high standard of deliveries
  • Act as a go-to-person to managers and staff regarding policies, procedures and any other relevant queries
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other relevant issues
  • Responsible for HRIS management where the employees' information is captured and make sure the information's accuracy from time to time
  • Technology driven of initiations in order to support the improvement of services from People team
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation activities
  • Coordinate with team leaders to identify the exact amp; right training/development to align with business and department strategy
  • Develop and implement People's strategies, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Be a leader and role model for the team members to nurture a positive working environment and performance driven

Requirements

  • Proven relevant work experience in HR/People Operations/Services for 4-5 years
  • Excellent knowledge of SOP setting as well as Indonesia Labor Law
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems and relevant administrations around it
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with solution driven mindset
  • Team management and ability to collaborate effectively with all level of leaders
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholders management
  • Exposure in start up will be a huge advantage
