Job Description

We are looking for a People Operations to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you. Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.


Responsibilities
  • Responsible in updating and maintaining employee details and its records which includes any new hires, resignation, leaves, etc.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies for the organization.
  • Responsible in tracking up to delivering relevant employee's requests according to the agreed Service Level.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics including the probationary records, resignation/termination notices and not limited to correspondences to all parties.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Highly responsible for any confidential documents arrangements (such as contracts) and its proper documentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree graduates and working experiences in HR will be an advantage
  • Detail oriented, well organized, excellent time management and strong administration skills
  • Excellent skills with MS Office applications, especially with Word and Excel
  • Proficient in English is a must
  • Good interpersonal skill and stakeholder management
  • Proven record to manage a high level confidentiality information
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changes
