Job Description
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns for brand awareness
- Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Manage company (SEA) communication to support company objectives as a group
- Shape and communicate our company/brand vision and mission
- Translate brand strategy into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Align with the business team to achieve support on the business goals
- Monitoring our brand awareness metrics and optimise based on the progress
- Manage the communication through different brand awareness channel PR, social media, brand activation.
- Working across multiple departments and all levels to define what makes us unique and communicate it to the public
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relation or any related field
- Experience in +3 years as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager in Startup, FMCG or Agencies
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Strong in Business Acumen
- Preferably from Public Relation background
- Understanding about marketing and related subject (ie. advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) and brand management
- Fluent in English is a must
