1. Find new pipeline of client, dealing and close the deal
2. Be the primary point of contact, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Responsible for working with the team to onboard and integrate new customers (VIP customers acquisition on Virtual Products (PPOB, e-wallet, etc. )
4. Responsible on managing / maintaining the key client accounts and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the target
5. Perform sales activity, develop sales plan amp; forecasting to achieve monthly GMV and Revenue target
6. Consistently meet given goals and matrixes and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals
7. Responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met
8. Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
9. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on problem-solving skills on a day-to-day basis
10. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers needs and objectives
11. Maintains knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service
12. Monitor and analyze client usage of our product
13. Liaise between the customer and internal teams
14. Delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a related position, preferably working with E-commerce business or has been working on provider principle
3. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
4. Excellent negotiation skill, analytical, time management, critical thinking and
5. Natural relationship builder with integrity, professionalism and maturity
6. Experience in Sales with a good track record is required, has been managing accounts
