Senior Activation Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Activation Executive to contribute and responsible to support both the digital and engagement efforts of Activation team.

Responsibilities

1. Drive amp; direct execution of Activation efforts both digital amp; offline
2. Collaborate and be in touch directly to external partners to drive activation growth
3. Generate new business cases for activation / engagement plan
4. Become the supporting role to manage and distribute administrative data
5. Become the bridge between Mitra/ CS / BM's for administrative concerns or backlogs

Requirements

1. Preferably graduated with major Accounting / Economics / Business
2. Fresh Graduate with Internship experience at Consulting Firm also welcome
3. Proven experience as BD / Analyst at least 1-3 years
4. Excellent in verbal communication and interpersonal skill to build good relationship
5. Has a network and experience in the insurance world, especially in agency/Mitra development
6. Understanding of insurance product (both retail/personal line and commercial line) will be a plus
7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
8. Have great enthusiasm and manner
9. Knowledge of online and offline marketing channels
10. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
11. People Person/sociable
