Responsibility :
- work with cross-functional team (marketing, product, data, operation, etc) to drive growth of users amp; transaction from Qoala’s direct-to-customer channel
- work closely with the head of department to formulate growth strategy
- review and monitor progress through all the important key business metrics
- plan, manage and supervise in details all business/marketing initiatives to drive growth
- help to conduct customer’s research to get more understanding on users with results in actionable insights
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years experience in business, marketing or other related fields
-strong analytical thinking amp; problem solving skills
-good communication skills
-attention to details
-Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
-Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power-point
-having insurance knowledge is a plus
-Having e-commerce background is a plus
