Identity Access Management (IAM) Officer

• Actively respond amp; reply for every complaint/issue and request access from any channels.
• Stand by on call especially during core working hours (10.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday)
• Able to provide technical solutions/troubleshooting related to user access problems and then explain to the end user what/how to do it clearly amp; correctly.
• Validate and verify every request access submission based on rules amp; user access matrix/permission whether the action is permitted or not.
• User access provisioning amp; de-provisioning - Grant/modify/revoke access properly authenticated amp; authorized.
• Educate end users about access risk amp; increase security access awareness at Bukalapak.
• Actively report to the team if there is any special case regarding user access that all IAM members need to know.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in Information System or information Technology from a reputable university; or the equivalent combination of education.
• Min Experience (years): fresh graduates until 2 years experience.
• Enthusiast to help end user as technical assistance
• Familiarity with information security amp; risk access management
• A technical, logical thought process
• A keen eye for detail/perseverance, an ability to priorities.
