Corporate Action - Settlement Contracting

Resposibilities:

· Responsible for processing all corporate action activity on global custody system.

· Researches information on new corporate actions.

· Prepares corporate action notifications for client distribution.

· Reconciliation of corporate action and security position balances.

· Calculates client position entitlements for all corporate action activity.

· Maintain communication with sub-custodians worldwide and other third parties (Emiten, BAE)

· Experience handle settlement contracting for securities company

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 1 to 2 years’ experience in Corporate Actions role

· Experience in cash settlement

· Good knowledge of banking and corporate actions procedure

· Team player, tech savvy, and self starter

· Excellent ability to speak and write in English

· Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail

. Good knowledge in operating microsoft excel
