Since 2015, Reapra has invested in over 60 companies across Southeast Asia and Japan across different fields Next-generation Education, Food amp; Agriculture, Recycling amp; Waste, HR-Technology, Tourism, Crisis Management, Mental Wellness and others.

We are looking for a Venture Associate / Intern based in Indonesia to support our sourcing, community outreach and engagement activities. You will be working with our team in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

We are looking for you if you like to:

• Lead campaigns and build relationships with universities and relevant associations within the entrepreneurship ecosystem
• Develop new initiatives to enhance community engagement and founders’ experience
• Source and assess deals as part of the investment process
• Analyse and develop business cases in providing support for portfolio companies

Requirements

We want you if you:

• Have an interest in entrepreneurship, community building and business
• Are curious and want to learn about start-up and venture building space
• Are interested in self-development and development of others
• Are resourceful and self-driven
• Have strong analytical and communication skills
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and can think outside the box
• Are excited about meeting and engaging with new people and groups
• Have a good command of both Bahasa AND English language (written and spoken), mandatory
• Are currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree or recently graduated
• Previous experience in organising events, particularly within start-up space would be a plus

We are open to considering both full time and part-time candidates with a minimum commitment of 3 months. A 6 months commitment would be preferred.
