- Lead initiatives and program to boost new business growth hacks including sales, marketing, operational, and product development
- Ensure new business operational runs smoothly and align with company quality standards
- To make sure all operational process will satisfy and help the New Business students and parents on their learning target
- Collaborate extensively with external and internal parties to deliver a top-notch product to our customers
- Lead and and manage online school with all team in academic field
- Lead curriculum development and review to ensure quality outcomes
- Assist and support of academic staff in the teaching team
Job Requirements- Proactive and ability to take initiative
- Experienced in full-time business operations for at least 3 years
- Preferably from Top universities in Indonesia or overseas graduate
- Having passion for education
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multiple tasks
- Proactive and ability to take initiative
- Bonus points for those with working experience in high-growth startups, technology firms, or multi-national companies as well as consulting firms
- Background from sales and marketing strategy and analysis would be an advantage
