Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.Descriptions- Coordinate inbound team amp; evaluate team members performance
- Develop, evaluate, monitoring the performance of the inbound agent
- Review, resolve escalation amp; support process improvement
- Provide insights and recommend improvement suggestions and initiatives to related department (Product, Business, Content amp; Tech)
- Maintain and improve a high level of customer service experience and customer satisfaction level
Requirements- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Good logical and structural thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
- Basic data analytics to provide insight, recommendations or suggestions and initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey information in a clear and concise manner, communicate effectively and accurate to our customer
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to work in a face-paced environment
- Attention to detail amp; multi-tasking skill to handle multiple task product
- Critical-thinker, problem-solver, and a team player
- Has experience in managing CS teams as a team lead for min. 1 year or 2 years prior experience as customer service
- Previous experience working with startup/tech company or bank will be a big plus
