  • Manage Inbound Education Consultant (Customer Service) team for K-12 product amp; Lifelong Learning product
  • Develop, evaluate amp; monitoring the performance of the Inbound team across products to meet business objectives
  • Develop, improve and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Provide insights and recommend improvement, suggestions, and initiatives to related departments (Product, Business, Content, Engineer, Marketing, etc)
  • Work closely with the cross-function team to ensure seamless customer service operations across products on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintain and improve a high level of customer service experience and customer satisfaction through high-level service quality
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from any majorGood logical and structural thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
  • Data analytics to provide insight, recommendations or suggestions and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey information in a clear and concise manner, communicate effectively and accurate to our customer
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to work in a face-paced environment
  • Attention to detail amp; multi-tasking skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Critical-thinker, problem-solver, and a team player
  • Familiar with Zendesk, Qiscus, and other customer service tools
  • Has experience in managing CS teams as a manager/supervisor for min. 2 year
  • Previous experience working in a startup/tech company or bank will be a big plus
