- Ensure English Academy operational smoothly and align with company quality standards
- Lead initiatives and program to boost English Academy growth hacks including sales, marketing, operational, and product development
- To make sure all operational process will satisfy and help English Academy students and parents on their learning target
- Collaborate extensively with external and internal parties to deliver a top-notch product to our customers
Requirements- Proactive and ability to take initiative
- Experienced in full-time business operations for at least 3 years
- Preferably from Top universities in Indonesia or overseas graduate
- Bonus points for those with working experience in high-growth startups, technology firms, or multi-national companies as well as English course providers.
- Background from sales and marketing strategy and analysis would be an advantage
