- Plan, implement, control and evaluate the Employee Engagement Program to increase employee commitment
- Work closely to promote culture within the company
- Help company to create well communication process, give more understanding and knowledge, "fulfilling" employee needs, and drive employee motivation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as Employee Engagement
- Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging employee
- Organizing (including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously)
- Relationship-building skills
- Interested in learning new things
- Strong communicators with skills in writing and public speaking
- A team player amp; able to work independently
