With an ever-growing employee headcount and parcel volume, the local country shall require a Country Security Head whose main role is to develop a business-wide end to end security program, setting the strategic direction and driving implementation in close cooperation with HSE Teams, Warehouse Teams, and Vendor Security Focal Points, to strengthen the overall Security program.
Other assignments and projects will typically include:
• Develop, promote and direct the strategic and operational objectives for Ninja Xpress Security• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Security Deployment team, providing support to the development of Ninja Van security strategies• Effectively coordinate and assist internal and external partners and cross-functional teams to implement effective security programs to detect, prevent and resolve threats and losses• Design and coordinate Ninja Xpress security training, and awareness with all internal and external stakeholders• Maintain a network of knowledgeable and influential persons in government, law enforcement, security, intelligence, and internal functions to serve as resources, collaborators, and partners• Remain current with security industry practices, trends, and technologies. Identify innovative security trends and technologies that might be leveraged to protect and improve security operations• Actively engage in the development of Business Resilience structure in Ninja Van to ensure Security disruptions are integrated part of the improvement and enhancement programResponsibilities:- Managed and developed a framework to sustain the loss rate target set by the country.
- Drive Yearly Security Risk Assessment
- Objective to check on security works.
- Conduct internal security audit on SOPs, Training, Vendors deliveries, etc
- Managed and developed a framework to meet the standards set.
- Drive Security Vendor KPI
- Drive Security Training Matrix
- Ensure training framework and briefing for vendors in a timely manner and record.
- To maintain the objectives amp; standards are met.
- Implementation of new security mitigation measures.
- VMS (Visitor Management System)
- CCTV system in a new warehouse
- Security system and technology enhancement in the current warehouse
- Establish and implement security policies and practices
- Security SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
- Security EOPs (Emergency Standard Operating Procedure)
- Security Escalation Processes
Requirements:- Hold min Diploma (D3) Degree.
- Knowledge in security implementation - Loss prevention, Physical security Ops, etc.
- Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV).
- Experience in reporting, building, and managing emergency response planning.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures including conducting risk audits and assessments.
- Minimum of 6 years in Managing Security Operation.
