- Bachelor Degree of Accounting
- Min. 3 years working experiences, preferably in logistic or start-up company
- Well organized and able to meet deadlines
- Good analytical thinking and attention to details
- Good leadership ability
- Have good communication, good attitude, and able to establish effective internal and external working relationship with people across different departments
- Able to work in team and create good collaboration
- Able to develop innovative and practicable solutions to challenges
- Skilled in Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel
Responsibilities :
- Monitor the daily process of COD collection
- Monitor the payment process of COD to sellers
- Give advice and solution related to COD disputes from financial point of view
- Ensure payments of COD are made to the right sellers
- Maintain good collaboration with internal and external parties
