- Lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, rewards, recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the best practice and alignment to the strategic objective of the company.
- Ensure reward and benefits strategies (both tangible and intangible), policies, procedures, budget and reporting comply with the company regulations, governance and are legally compliant.
- Provide expert advice to the leadership team about remuneration to ensure the process is fair and in line with the reward strategy.
- Provide and regularly review the total rewards structure and scheme for group and local countries by benchmarking with market practice to enable the company to remain competitive and retain talents.
- Advise best practice of the commercial business rewards programs to recognize achievement and provide assistance where needed.
- Manage the payroll and benefits implementation are aligned with the regulation, both organization and local countries.
- Partner with the People Care and leadership team on the review of all total reward packages.
- Manage the HRIS to ensure it is maintained and compliant with overall people process and needs.
- Manage the grading system and process is fair for all positions and ensure the alignment within the organization also updated with the market practise.
- Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary.
Who are we looking for?
- 10+ years hands-on experience in HR, including 5+ years in the reward, or compensation and benefits department.
- Experience in the human resources field, with strong knowledge of development and expertise in reward and benefits.
- Experience in managing the HRIS implementation and improvement.
- Experience in tech companies or start-up environments will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong in building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to analyse people strategy into execution.
- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles
