  • Lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, rewards, recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the best practice and alignment to the strategic objective of the company.
  • Ensure reward and benefits strategies (both tangible and intangible), policies, procedures, budget and reporting comply with the company regulations, governance and are legally compliant.
  • Provide expert advice to the leadership team about remuneration to ensure the process is fair and in line with the reward strategy.
  • Provide and regularly review the total rewards structure and scheme for group and local countries by benchmarking with market practice to enable the company to remain competitive and retain talents.
  • Advise best practice of the commercial business rewards programs to recognize achievement and provide assistance where needed.
  • Manage the payroll and benefits implementation are aligned with the regulation, both organization and local countries.
  • Partner with the People Care and leadership team on the review of all total reward packages.
  • Manage the HRIS to ensure it is maintained and compliant with overall people process and needs.
  • Manage the grading system and process is fair for all positions and ensure the alignment within the organization also updated with the market practise.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary.
Who are we looking for?
  • 10+ years hands-on experience in HR, including 5+ years in the reward, or compensation and benefits department.
  • Experience in the human resources field, with strong knowledge of development and expertise in reward and benefits.
  • Experience in managing the HRIS implementation and improvement.
  • Experience in tech companies or start-up environments will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong in building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to analyse people strategy into execution.
  • Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles
