  • Maintain the employee database in HRIS and payroll system to be updated and accurate.
  • Manage the reporting system to be updated and integrated with other systems.
  • Manage and provide the regular report for the company compensation and benefit’s budget and expenses.
  • Address and resolve employees’ complaints relating to compensation and benefit implementation.
  • Manage the annual and semesterly increment and performance reward calculation and implementation.
  • Manage the employees’ medical insurance agreement and implementation
  • Prepare and update the employee benefit policy, procedure and implementation for all HappyFresh.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor degree with minimal 3 years experience in payroll.
  • Experience in managing the HRIS implementation and improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws.
  • Basic knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation practices, organization development, employee relation, performance and talent management.
  • Experience in tech companies or start-up environments will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially google suite or Microsoft office applications.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles
