Duties Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of all fundraising projects and activities including data room preparation, pitching presentation material preparation, due diligence, legal documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional capability development projects with responsibility for key timelines and deliverables.
- Developing and maintaining high quality, accurate, and succinct materials for investors.
- Identifying potential partners and targets that have synergistic potential with the company’s service offerings and strategy.
- Build strong networks and relationships with potential investors.
- Investment Reporting: Prepare investment reports for Management/Board review.
- Provide investment advice, tactics, and recommendations.
- Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities and underserved markets.
- Evaluate the business landscape of portfolio companies and formulate appropriate strategies.
- Evaluate business models, financial analysis, and industry competitive assessment. Research on the validity and viability of upcoming technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), corporate planning, business finance, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, etc.
- Demonstrable familiarity and/or interest with the fundraising process and strong project management skills.
- Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment.
- High attention to detail and demonstrates strong business and technical acumen.
- Strong analytical skills, and extensive experience architecting integrated models from scratch, in Excel or in other planning applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships.
