What you will be doing:
- Build and execute commercial partnerships with banks/financial institutions or other strategic partners to drive the company's growth.
- Develop client specific pitches, make presentations and be responsible for closing the deal/completing the contract by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financial information.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Collaborate closely with other departments including Legal, Marketing, Product, Risks and Finance to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of implementation /integration plans after the deal process.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners amp; other relevant stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience in partnership and/or business development, preferably in payment, e-commerce or digital companies.
- Proven track record of owning and executing end to end complex commercial deals.
- Strong knowledge of the digital payment landscape.
- High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude amp; willingness to get tasks completed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills amp; comfortable working with data
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
