Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be a part of a dynamic team that works across all strategic ad product initiatives. Your key responsibilitieswill include: Leading Twitter sales activities in Indonesia Building and managing relationships with major brands, media, and creative agencies Onboarding new strategic business clients from the introduction of features to assistance with campaigncreation and optimization Educating clients and agencies on Twitter through onsite presentations and one-on-one training; Discovering client objectives at business and campaign level and build strategic plans to meet these; Use in-depth market and product knowledge to recommend and educate clients on best practices fordeveloping and scaling effective campaigns; Motivating the team to achieve the best results possible; Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team; Continual training and development of all members of the sales department; Attending key meetings with members of the sales team; Providing regular proactive communication between clients and teams, to provide strong teamrepresentation and set proper client expectations Resolving client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, support with the implementation of solutions thatprevent future problems Serving as a subject matter expert Advising, consult and improve organizational effectiveness Working closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge Managing contracts, contract renewals, and work with Finance and customers on invoices and paymentcollectionsCore and Functional Skills and Knowledge: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar Minimum 10 years of proficiency in sales/business management within a sales organization focused on largeand strategic accounts: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships Proven expertise with online advertising, analytics, and social media with Facebook, Twitter amp; Google advertising Excellent management skills Strong communication (responsible for direct revenue), time management, and organization skills Outstanding knowledge of trends, markets, and opportunities Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English Detail-oriented, structured, and able to successfully manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond#HTTPOOL
