Your day to day.
1. Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to foster long-term business relationships and accountsuccess.2. Work with existing customers to increase the value they receive from our service and identify those customers who are rapidly growing and who may need extra care.3. Work directly with account owners and stakeholders to ensure successful renewals and upsells4. Deliver onboardings and create roadmaps for successful implementations.5. Analyse account performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption and retention.6. Collaborate with other Success team members and teams at large (Sales, Support, Partnerships, Marketing, Product) to deploy resources for customers and gather information for company insight as needed.7. Experience working for a CRM platform or a sales enablement tool.
Who you are.
1. BA/BS degree or higher.2. Have a background or experience in B2B support.3. 2+ year of experience within Customer Success is an advantage.4. Sales support (farming) or a similar role.5. Ability to communicate and listen effectively.6. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.7. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.8. Efficient working with minimal and direct supervision.9. Critical thinking and analysis abilities.
