We are looking for a Product-focused candidate who is driven to provide the best possible experiences for our customers with good product features and support. We believe a successful candidate is passionate about customer centricity, has good analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by relevant experiences. Ability to roll up sleeves to help with acceptance testing, incident management, troubleshooting while being eyes amp; ears of the product team in the local markets is desirable attribute. Top it up with strategic product operations management and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams with excellent stakeholders management will make you shine.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure product releases are happening according to timelines and improve customer success amp; operations metrics
  • Act as liaison between the customer requirements amp; needs and product team at all stages of product release cycles, with a deep understanding of Product feature roadmaps and vision
  • Review and map product features to requirements (vice versa) to allow operations to scale and enable the best possible customer experiences at the same time.
  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Assess impact, prioritize and raise any new features/requirements to implement either ad hoc during sprint cycles or quarterly according to roadmaps.
  • Contribute to product features detailing in different dimensions of UX, user workflows, Information flows, system scale, technical metrics amp; similar by running objective-driven user amp; market researches
  • In coordination with account managers and central operations teams, provide workarounds to product constraints or issues faced, while ensuring long-term solutions are in place.
  • Lead strategically on providing relevant Product solutions to run operations with customer-centricity in mind.
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
  • Assist with product marketing amp; support documentation of existing and new applications and ensure that documentation produced accurately reflects the functionality delivered to Customers
  • Help improve product and ensure quality: Considering customers' activities, local preferences amp; journey maps, design and execute end-to-end functionality, localized features amp; payments amp; UAT testings and provide sign-off of features being released to them.
  • Work closely with customer amp; product support teams on the customer/field reported product issues to prioritise appropriately and provide enough information for resolutions and keep the customers updated on the progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a strategy/operations/customer-facing/product management/Business Analyst role
  • Experience at a tech startup industry/tech software/consulting company
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack and other project management amp; team collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, business, finance, economics, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen, customer-focused, team and results-oriented
  • Highly comfortable and adaptable in a semi-structured environment and organization that changes frequently
  • Language proficiency in English and Bahasa will be highly preferred.
