Training and People Development Specialist

• Make a training plan according to the needs of the warehouse operations team for at least the next 6 months.
• Conduct a survey of training needs required by all supervisors, staff and warehouse and operational admins.
• Conduct training on new rules and regulations for all supervisors, staff and warehouse and operational admins.
• Make an assessment of all supervisors, staff and warehouse and operational admins.
• Ensure that every supervisor, staff and admin understands their work so that they can reduce errors at work.
• Making standard for employee specifications for coordinators, supervisors, staff and admins.
• Create a complete and comprehensive training package according to the needs of the warehouse and operations department.
• Conduct periodic assessments and grading of all coordinators, supervisors, staff and warehouse and operational admins.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is preferred.
• Experience as Training Specialist minimal 2 years.
• Familiarity with training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Teaching, Facilitation, Organizing, and Coordinating skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
• Experience with designing training programs and workshops.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to determine training objectives.
• Have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Fluent English both Oral and Written.
