Sr Lead Product Manager

Key tasks:

• Design and maintain platform roadmap based on changing priorities and market opportunities.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, understand market trends and analyze large amounts of data to come up with insights to help drive the product road map.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and high degree of commitment with a bias for execution excellence.
• Oversee and write features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as refine backlog
• Ensure platform features are prioritized in the backlog against other competing priorities to meet the road map requirements
• Ensure solutions meet company-wide requirements in terms of non-functional performance, security, compliance, and social responsibility
• Support backlog prioritization activities, defect analysis and complex problem definition
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Test platform features , demo platform features to support teams, business support and end users when necessary
• Plan and Coordinate platform releases with partners and keep track for platform artifact versions for all deployments
• Experience communicating product vision and decisions across geographically distributed teams.

• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Strong project management and resource management skills

Requirements

Key criteria:

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Technology
• More than 5 years or more experience in consumer investment product
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Product and/or platform management experience (must)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities and work independently you will be required to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong skills in planning, organization, scheduling, problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with strong decision-making skills.
• Exposure to emerging technologies, open-source technologies, and cloud is preferred
• Knowledge of Temenos T24 system is desirable.
• Exposure to startup is desirable.
• Project management and agile certification is desirable.
