- Monitoring AF ops (Flow ops, Manpower amp; vehicle as needed)
- Coordination with provider related volume distribution and ops issues
- Coordination with station dest for pending shipment and delivery issues
- Fill Gsheet report Outgoing/incoming amp; Generate reporting outgoing ( Allocation provider and Airfreight daily report outgoing )
Requirements
- Operational experience (Especially Logistic amp; Airfreight)
- Well communicate with new people and maintain relationship with other ops department
- Ability to work and coordination related ops as required
- Innovative amp; experience to monitoring amp; maintaining tasks to improve AF ops
- Familiar to operating Ms. Office, (Excel, Word amp; PPT)
- Ready to be placed or move to other area by superior requested
- Able to monitor more than 1 area (station hub) by remote or visiting as needed
