Your role as an Operational Manager at Youwe

  • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to ensure proper operations of the company in Indonesia
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable

Those things always relate to organisational skills, like being able to communicate with a team and proper budgeting that turns those strategies into something we can do effectively.
