What we are expecting from the role...
- Support in financial and strategic analysis related to the Company’s funding and investment opportunities, Mamp;A, business restructuring and strategic partnerships.
- Do research of potential new business based on competitive industries, macro and microenvironment, and other updates to prepare some analysis, forecasting and recommendation for business decision making.
- Develop Business Case/Feasibility study establish a standardized way for management team to test new business initiatives including but not limited to scorecard/benchmarking of initiatives, assessing project prioritization, and evaluating risk assessments
- Support in provide business output for management in relations to new business initiatives and prepare the material to be presented to management.
- Define and assist end to end Mamp;A and/or Join Venture strategy, maintain pipeline, evaluate opportunities, lead due-diligence activities, and provide general transaction and analytical support.
- Advise and assist in drafting of the Investment memorandum, work collaboratively with executive team, Finance and Legal to drive enterprise strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years private equity / venture investments / investment banking / startup fundraising / corporate development / management consulting and/or related experience.
- Experience in a tech company or venture investments will be a major plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance or Business-related fields
- Excellent understanding of Digital Landscape specifically in Indonesia amp; SEA
- Thoughtful and client-savvy, able to understand nuances of startups and fundraisings with a strong network of relationship with start-up investors (e.g., VC, PE)
- Has good experience in Mamp;A process and/Join Venture with Corporate Finance background
- Excellent in time management, feasibility studies and provide recommendation output
- Good in presentation, communication skill and has entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking
- Excellent in verbal and written fluency English and Bahasa Indonesia
