During your internship at YMT, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important digital sales strategy and process. You’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you’ll support our management team with daily tasks such as responding to campaign briefs and crafting sales proposals.
Depending on how well you do in this role during your internship, it could become a full-time job after 3 months.

Responsibilities
- Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. work on proposals and ongoing campaigns)
- Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
- Participate in company’s strategic planning
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing proposals, analyzing data, arranging sales meetings)
- Keep track of business revenue
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize marketing events
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their digital advertising requirements and concerns
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and campaign data
Requirements
- Current enrolled in a related BS or Masters degree and about to graduate. Or Recent graduates.
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
- Fast learner and passion for digital advertising.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
