If you live and breathe marketing, then you are what we're looking for! We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing executive with a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts.

You will be involved in the full cycle of developing effective marketing strategies, and will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing our digital marketing campaigns. You will have an appreciation for the customer experience across all touchpoints, and have a tech-savvy and intuitive mindset with great ideas to develop and reinforce end-to-end marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with the CMO to assist in building and planning marketing strategies for brand awareness, lead-gen and to create lasting digital connections with clients.
  • Prepare and manage the brand's social media calendar and activity.
  • Prepare email marketing content and support in developing strategies for engagement and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Manage and update website content as needed, and be heavily involved in SEO efforts to continuously optimize website for organic rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns including, but not limited to: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.
  • Measure, analyze and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns and efforts with the objective of improving conversion rates across digital channels.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitors for developing of effective content, marketing and social media strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and contribute creative ideas for content marketing; strengthen the brand persona and make it extremely relatable for target clients.
  • Support or contribute to developing digital assets and marketing materials as needed.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, concepts and best practices, with at least 2 years' of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of SEO strategies and tactics.
  • Proficient in social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube).
  • Experience with web analytics and social media tools including GA, GA4, Meta Business Suite.
  • Proven skills and experience in copywriting.
  • Familiarity with web design and a creative eye for visual design style that is aligned with our brand style and guidelines.
  • Video editing and graphic design skills will be advantageous.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset to evaluate marketing performance and use results to optimize campaigns and improve strategies.
  • Attention to detail and good project management skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to growing your skillset in digital marketing, and to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Next-gen thinking to continuously innovate, and the ability to stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: Rp. 18,000,000 - Rp. 22,000,000
