Industry : Chemical for Personal Care, Home Care, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Coating, Textile

Office Location: Jakarta Selatan

Responsible:

• Expand b2b sales in focus area of chemical for Personal Care, Home Care, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Coating, Textile
• Handle direct customers (no distribution partners)
• Achieve sales revenue around 20 25 mil USD per year
• Lead 5 10 people
• Report to President Director
• Handle Pamp;L, budgeting, business strategy
• Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain team

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree , MBA highly preferred
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in Management role prefer arable in Chemical Industry
3. Demonstrated leadership skills
4. Strong business acumen
5. Good oral and written skill in English
6. Able to lead a team
7. Having experience in handling team in various sector sales
