Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap for our Payment Experience Team for the next 12-24 months with well-defined product requirements and business justifications.
  • Maintain knowledge of the technical and operational elements of your product which should inform decision-making.
  • Deeply understand for whom you are building and why.
  • Maintain regular contact with users to ensure product decisions are informed with a user-first mindset.
  • Develop clear product requirements and communicate them with engineering teams and designers.
  • Iterate and test product design concepts rapidly to arrive at the best solutions.
  • Be the glue in a diverse cross-functional environment and help drive decisions and consensus.
  • Use metrics to inform your point of view and leverage analytics to measure success.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience in Product Management in a Payments/Fintech business.
  • Experience owning end-to-end product development, through concept, to launch and growth.
  • Understanding of market and customer research, designing the product architecture, UI development, and payment domain knowledge in a start-up company.
  • Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Having a proven track record of success in previous roles and having worked in a similar setting, such as a Pre-series A-B company will be a plus.
  • A leader who takes fun in taking risks and understands that taking calculated risks is necessary for growth. They should have the ability to balance risk-taking with sound decision-making to build something innovative and groundbreaking.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.
