TravelLine is an international IT company with offices all over the world: Estonia, Bulgaria, the USA, Tunisia, Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan. We create online solutions and websites for hotels, helping them to simplify their workflow and earn more. Our services are used by 12,000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels up to 1700 rooms. We are looking for a person who will join our branch in Indonesia.
What TravelLine Sales Assistant should do:
- Helps the sales department with resolving issues related to the launch of products (for example, requests the approval of sketches of booking engine, clarifies the correctness of access to the site, sends electronic courses, etc.);
- Creates tasks in Bitrix CRM to related departments (support, integrators, lawyers, technical department, and others) to ensure the fastest and most efficient transfer of company products to live mode;
- Monitors the timing of the client's completion of all stages of the product launch.
Our team is growing rapidly in the APAC region and are looking for a Sales Assistant to provide opportunity for fast and easy customer launching of all TravelLine products. We already have employees in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and actively hiring in the Philippines and India.
Requirements
- Able to work in our office in Bali: Komplek Kunti, Jl. Kunti II No.67, Seminyak, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361;
- At least 1-year experience within the customer service;
- Experience within the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers would be your advantage;
- Proactive and great problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication skills, skills of interaction with clients in the following formats: business correspondence, telephone conversations, presentations in Bahasa and English;
- Comfortable with CRM and computer software.
